Job Duties and Responsibilities
DISH In-Home Services is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to support our logistics operations, which include approximately 100 locations and 2,500 vans used by our satellite installation technicians. In this role, you will be a key contributor to our supply chain excellence, focusing on data-driven insights and process optimization to ensure our technicians have the equipment they need to provide exceptional customer service.
We're looking for a detail-oriented problem-solver who can leverage data to drive improvements across our supply chain network. You'll be a vital part of the team, helping to fuel the future of connectivity across the nation.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Use supply chain data to identify trends, pinpoint opportunities for improvement, and help drive continuous optimization; including analyzing inventory levels, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely delivery of goods
  • Support the development and implementation of supply chain strategies that help optimize inventory levels, minimize costs, and improve customer service
  • Assist in the implementation and management of inventory control systems, including tracking inventory levels, forecasting demand, and managing obsolescence
  • Maintain accurate data within supply chain systems and leverage proficiency in Google Suite (especially Sheets and Docs) to create reports and analyses
  • Work with the supply chain team to support partnerships with key suppliers and logistics providers

Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education & Experience:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required
  • Experience in a supply chain or logistics role, preferably within a large organization

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and be proficient in data analysis and reporting; familiarity with LEAN principles is also a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for collaborating with team members and other departments
  • Proficiency with Google Suite is a must, and experience with Manhattan Scale is a plus

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
