Job Title
Supply Chain AnalystThe Global Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for improving efficiency, reducing risk, and supporting sourcing strategies through data collection and analysis.

Roles and Responsibilities:
· Analyze various sources of external and internal data to identify opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency and support category management initiatives.
· Evaluate supply chain risk through proactive monitoring of commodity markets, geopolitical events, and regulatory developments. Prepare detailed reports and assessments to support risk mitigation strategies.
· Conduct market research to support supplier identification, evaluation, and selection.
· Run cost breakdown analysis to identify savings opportunities and support negotiations.
· Perform price-benchmarking studies to confirm best overall value for the company.
· Assist in the development of sourcing strategies, requests for proposals (RFPs), and requests for quotations (RFQ).
· Utilize tools such as Excel and PowerBI to organize data and create templates and dashboards to enhance processes, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and facilitate effective decision making.
· Analyze trends and metrics to assess supplier performance.
· Collaborate with planning and utilize ERP systems to develop forecasting models that support sourcing decisions, supply risk assessments, and negotiations.
· Assist in the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of procurement software and tools.
Job Requirements:
Education:
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, purchasing or equivalent.
Experience:
· 1-2 years of supply chain, procurement, or data analytics experience.
Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on cost reduction and process improvement.
· Proficiency with ERP systems and procurement software (e.g., SAP, COUPA, QAD, Excel, PP).
· Ability to work independently.
· Strong communication skills.
· Ability to manage multiple organizational priorities at the same time.

Target Hiring Range
Annual Salary: USD 61,210.00 - USD 78,441.00
