Overview
Due to growth, we are adding a Workforce Management Supervisor to our team.
The Workforce Management Supervisor is responsible for managing all intraday/real-time management processes in support of operations to achieve business service level objectives with Navitus and Lumicera. Supervisor will apply and integrate advanced analysis and reporting to collaborate on strategic and operational insights for workforce decision-making. Supervisor will also motivate and support team in the production of weekly schedules and daily operational tasks.

ResponsibilitiesHow do I make an impact on my team?
- Oversee intraday management of scheduling procedures, analysis of real time workload requirements and call routing to manage performance to service level requirements
- Facilitate development of WFM team and exposure to industry improvements, skills, and standards
- Collaborate with department schedulers and department managers to ensure accurate staffing levels and to formulate efficiency strategies
- Devise scheduling enhancements and create new business models
- Discover new best practices to best utilize staffing while following current labor agreements and regulations
- Balance specialists’ workloads between weekly scheduling and daily operations
- Ensure the Workforce Management team’s completion of daily schedule operations, such as leave requests and call outs
- Assesses organizational staffing and identifies requirements and solutions to meet workforce objectives
- Lead staffing review meetings with management and intraday analysts detailing previous and current week’s performance and forecasted performance while also identifying risks
- Other duties as assigned

- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, Associate’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of Workforce Management or prior relevant experience
- 1+ years of leadership experience
- Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
- The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
