About the RoleIf you have a keen eye for the big picture, excellent production skills, and enjoy working collaboratively, we may have the perfect role for you! As a Production Supervisor, you will be using your skills and expertise to oversee employees who put together component parts to make assemblies, subassemblies, packaging, or completed units. You'll be responsible for reviewing our production schedules, material, and manpower resources, assigning employees to maximize our production objectives, informing employees of production and material problems, and resolving problems affecting schedules while maintaining the quality of our products. Key Responsibilities:
Provides direct supervision to team members in accordance with management guidance, acting as a guide for the team in achieving weekly/monthly operational plans. Ensures execution of operational plans within respective teams.

Minimum Qualifications:
Requires Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree)
Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
Experience supporting organizational changes
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to understand and interpret technical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, manuals, and/or publications.
Able to review work instructions, screen for discrepancies and offer feedback to various engineering teams.
Experience with identification of issue root cause and corrective action planning. Demonstrated history of ensuring product quality and conformance to engineering requirements.
Previous management or lead experience in a manufacturing, MRO or production environment; the ability to recruit employees; assign, direct, and evaluate their work while overseeing the development and maintenance of staff competence.
Experience in schedule risk identification and mitigation planning. Able to provide or develop required data and reporting to support departmental targets and improvement objectives.
Proven safety mindset – able to lead improvements to area safety and efficiency through shop floor audits and continuous improvement.
Continuously improve process efficiency, manpower utilization, and overall productivity.
Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry, the US Department of Defense or US Military.
Ability to adapt to a constant changing work assignments and a fast paced work environment.
Experience with applying Lean Manufacturing principles.
Willingness and flexibility to travel for both short and extended trips as required.
Available to work extended hours and weekends as necessary.
Compensation:
Pay Range:
$78,362.00 - $107,747.00Your actual base compensation will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related knowledge and skills, education, experience, internal equity and market competitiveness.
