Job Summary & Responsibilities
The Regional Director (RD) is responsible for overseeing multiple districts, managing sales performance, and ensuring operational excellence across a wide region. This role involves coaching, developing, and supporting Cluster Managers (CMs), District Managers (DMs), and Area Directors (ADs), ensuring compliance with company standards, and driving sales initiatives across all locations.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
 
Sales Management
 
* Oversee and implement MAPs (Motivation, Accountability, Performance) for CMs without an AD, DMs, and ADs, ensuring compliance and execution of sales targets.
* Lead and execute sales, underperformance, and operations training during store visits and group sessions, collaborating with CMs and ADs.
* Support RSM development through shadowing opportunities.
* Plan and execute meetings (RSM Meetings, Underperformers Training, Quarterly All Hands) in collaboration with CMs, DMs, and ADs.
* Monitor daily sales activities and marketing efforts in GroupMe, ensuring tasks are completed and sales updates are shared across teams.
* Communicate daily and weekly sales updates, sales goals, and new initiatives (e.g., Hoopla, PROMO rundown, SPIFs) to all leadership teams.
* Review, communicate, and ensure the execution of new sales items and initiatives.
* Manage event requests, collaborating with partners and marketing teams.
* Monitor and review sales activity reports and portal alerts, ensuring targets are met.
* Coach employees on performance and incentive plans during store visits.
* Maximizing downtime by assigning tasks related to sales, training, and marketing.
* Shadow customer interactions during store visits and intervene as needed.
* Support new hire training, ensuring progress and timeline compliance.
* Oversee Business to Business (B2B) partnerships.
 
Operations Management
 
* Monitor store opening processes and operational trouble ticket resolution.
* Inspect store compliance with operational standards (CPOG, demos, merchandising).
* Monitor and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed.
* Review operations communications, activity, and compliance across stores.
 
Personnel Management
 
* Oversee employee scheduling to ensure adherence to schedules and company policies.
* Oversee staffing, recruitment, and employee performance reviews.
 
Communication & Reporting
 
* Conduct store visits to monitor performance, provide coaching, and offer support.
* Prepare weekly agendas, manage after-hours issues, and submit expense reports.
* Recognize employee achievements and ensure consistent employee engagement.
Preferred Qualifications
Qualifications

* Proven experience in retail management, with a focus on sales, operations, and personnel coaching and development.
* Proficiency in employee work scheduling and HR management.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
 
Requirements

* Must be able to travel locally on a regular basis and, when necessary, overnight, to conduct store visits.
* Must have availability to work a full-time schedule which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
* Must have strong interpersonal, communication, and organization skills.
* Must be able to endure moderate physical activity; requires handling of
average-weight objects up to 30 pounds or standing for long periods of time.
 

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
