Education Required:

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Behavioral Science, Psychology, Sociology, Public Relations, or a related field

BeOne is seeking a highly motivated undergraduate intern to support the Corporate Brand and Reputation team. This internship offers hands-on experience at the intersection of corporate narrative, brand building, and behavior-informed communications, with exposure to how enterprise communications and campaigns are developed, activated, and measured across internal and external channels.

The intern will work closely with the Corporate Brand and Reputation, Media, Digital, and broader global Corporate Affairs teams to support content creation, audience engagement, and data and analytics, translating insights into actionable recommendations that support BeOne’s enterprise reputation and purpose.

Essential Functions of the Job:
  • Support planning and execution of the Corporate Brand and Reputation activities across internal and external communication channels

  • Assist with development and refinement of materials, including presentations, digital content, employee communications, and storytelling assets

  • Conduct research on audience insights, behavioral drivers, and best practices in corporate, purpose-driven, and healthcare communications

  • Track and summarize performance metrics, feedback, and engagement trends to inform optimization and future storytelling

  • Help coordinate content calendars, approvals, and versioning across cross-functional stakeholders

  • Participate in team meetings and working sessions, gaining exposure to end-to-end corporate campaign development

  • Contribute ideas grounded in communications, marketing, and behavioral science to support message clarity, resonance, and consistency

  • Learning & Development Opportunities:

  • Exposure to enterprise-level corporate brand and purpose-led campaigning within a global biopharmaceutical company

  • Hands-on experience working with senior communications professionals on real, business-critical initiatives

  • Opportunities to build skills in strategic storytelling, audience segmentation, insight synthesis, and campaign measurement

  • Participation in BeOne’s Summer Internship Program offerings, including orientation, professional development sessions, and the Intern Summit

Computer Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; familiarity with digital or social analytics tools is a plus

Other Qualifications:

Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to synthesize information and translate insights into clear takeaways; organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment; interest in healthcare, life sciences, or mission-driven organizations preferred

Pay Rate: $27.00/Hour

Salary Range: $ - $ per hour

BeOne is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Actual compensation packages are determined by several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, certifications, relevant education or training, and specific work location. Packages may vary by location due to differences in the cost of labor. The recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for a preferred location during the hiring process.  Please note that the listed range reflects the base salary or hourly range only. Non-Commercial roles are eligible to participate in the annual bonus plan, and Commercial roles are eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.
