Position Description

Curious about the intersection of healthcare, business, and social impact? This 10 week summer internship offers a front-row seat to how new clinical offerings are developed and launched in a fast-growing organization.

At Eleanor Health, we’re on a mission to help people affected by addiction live amazing lives. As a General Catalyst and Town Hall Ventures portfolio company, we’re expanding our clinical services to serve more individuals and communities nationwide. This summer, we’re seeking a passionate and curious intern to support go-to-market (GTM)  planning for several new expansion opportunities.

Reporting to the CEO, this internship is a great opportunity for someone passionate about healthcare, eager to learn, and excited to contribute to a growing, mission-driven team. You’ll work closely with our Executive, Clinical, Growth, and Marketing teams to help shape how we bring new solutions to the people and communities we serve.

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct research focused on our expansion opportunities 
  • Analyze clinical and operational data to support GTM decision-making
  • Help define value propositions and GTM strategies for new clinical services
  • Support the development of launch timelines, success metrics, and stakeholder communications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teammates to align on goals and execution plans
  • Contribute to internal presentations and memos that share insights and recommendations

Who You Are:

  • A current MBA student with an interest in healthcare strategy, go-to-market planning, or a related field (MHA students will also be considered)
  • Excited by Eleanor’s mission and passionate about improving access to quality behavioral healthcare
  • Thoughtful, analytical, and able to turn insights into clear recommendations
  • Curious and collaborative, with strong communication skills
  • Organized, resourceful, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Clinical or healthcare exposure (coursework, internships, or experience), private equity, consulting, or healthcare operations experience are a strong plus

Compensation & Benefits:

The target annual compensation range for this position is $100,000.00 to $125,000.00 annually (Pro-rated for time worked). The actual compensation offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job.
