We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing SUE projects, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Duties & Responsibilities: 

· Lead complex SUE projects from scope development through final delivery.

· Manage project scope, budget, schedule, staffing, risk, and client communication.

· Direct field execution, crew assignments, survey/mapping support, test-hole coordination, and engineering review.

· Coordinate with Colorado 811, utility owners, CDOT, municipalities, and other jurisdictions.

· Review field data, mapping/CAD, test-hole information, and deliverables for QA/QC.

· Identify scope gaps, schedule risks, and change-order needs before they affect the project.

· Mentor PMs, junior PMs, field leads, and technicians.

· Support proposals, estimating, kickoff planning, and process improvement.

Requirements

  

· Advanced knowledge of SUE field practices and underground utility systems.

· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple crews and complex projects.

· Strong client communication, leadership, budgeting, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to read and interpret civil, transportation, utility, and construction plans.

· Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout Colorado.

Preferred Skills

· 10+ years of SUE and utility locating/designating experience.

· Experience with CDOT, municipal, utility, railroad, transportation, or design-build projects.

· Strong working knowledge of ASCE 38-22 and Colorado 811.

· Experience with AutoCAD, MicroStation, GIS/mapping, PointMan, Fulcrum, or similar tools.

· Degree in civil engineering, surveying, construction management, or a related field is beneficial but not required.
