Key Responsibilities
- Program Design & Execution: Build and manage scalable programs that support Success team performance and operational goals.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with Success, Sales, Product, and Finance teams to align priorities, share insights, and drive execution.
- KPI Development & Tracking: Define key performance indicators for operational efficiency and success outcomes; build frameworks to monitor and report progress.
- Performance Optimization: Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance team productivity and customer outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate alignment across departments to ensure program success and organizational impact.
- Data-Informed Decision Making: Use analytics tools to support program decisions and communicate performance trends.
- Executive Reporting: Deliver clear, actionable updates and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Process Innovation: Lead initiatives to streamline workflows and improve operational scalability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Analytics, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in Success Operations, Program Management, Business Operations, or a similar role.
- Proven experience in building and managing performance programs and KPI frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce, PowerBI, Excel, with preferred experience in Tableau, and SQL.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to translate data into insights and drive strategic decisions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

The base pay range for this position varies based on the geographic location. More information about the pay range specific to candidate location and other factors will be shared during the recruitment process. Individual pay is determined based on location of residence and multiple factors, including job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
