YOUR MISSION

As a Subcontracts Administrator at True Anomaly, you will support the execution of our Supply Chain strategy. This role will assist the Sr Manager of Supply Chain and senior team members in procurement of subcontracts necessary to deliver flight hardware and supporting services. You will help maintain and improve procurement/subcontract processes while learning the full lifecycle of subcontract management. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow their skills in supply chain, solve problems, and take ownership of discrete material and service requirements through delivery.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the subcontract lifecycle – from source selection and contract proposal through execution phases under guidance of senior team members.
  • Assist in supply chain activities including material forecasting, data tracking, metrics reporting, and program execution support.
  • Collaborate with assigned teams as a supporting partner. Success requires the ability to multitask effectively, willingness to learn government and commercial contracting basics, and strong communication skills to interface with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Review cost structure estimates of labor, material, equipment services, production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules for accuracy and completeness.
  • Support implementation of contractual requirements, regulations, and policies/procedures with guidance from senior team members.
  • Assist in preparing supplier Requests for Proposals/Quotes (RFPs/RFQs), analyzing proposals, and supporting subcontract price negotiations.
  • Help prepare status reports on Supply Chain activities, material constraints, and risk mitigation plans for program leadership.
  • Support long-range planning activities, quarterly reviews, material sales forecasting, and budget tracking.
  • Assist with financial tracking (budgets, targets, material sales forecasts, etc.) and contribute to quarterly reporting including Risk & Opportunity management.
  • Learn and apply process improvement tools such as Lean Six Sigma principles with suppliers.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree with 2-3 years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must have 2-3 years of Supply Chain experience, contracts experience, or closely related field.
  • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time as determined by the company to meet its business need.
  • Experience should include exposure to subcontracts management, contracts management, procurement, cost analysis, and/or sourcing activities.
  • Basic familiarity with FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations) and DFARS preferred.
  • Exposure to export compliance requirements such as International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)/Export Administration Regulations (EAR) is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of financial tracking or budget management preferred.
  • Some experience supporting proposal development or program startup phases is a plus.

COMPENSATION

  • Base Salary:  $80,000 - $110,000
  • Equity + Benefits including Health, Dental, Vision, HRA/HSA options, PTO and paid holidays, 401K, Parental Leave 

Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, location, and experience.

  • Work Locationthis a fully onsite position based out of our Centennial, CO or Long Beach, CA office.
