Blueprint is looking for a Student Experience Specialist to join our Service team and deliver exceptional support to students preparing for exams across our MCAT, LSAT, PA, UME, and Nursing programs. This role is primarily learner-facing, with most of your time spent engaging with students via chat and phone to guide them through their test prep journey. You’ll also collaborate internally and handle light administrative tasks to ensure a smooth and supportive experience for every learner.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for students via chat, phone, and email, providing timely, helpful, and empathetic support.
- Help students navigate course materials, testing logistics, technical issues, and personalized study planning.
- Perform account audits and process product guarantees (e.g., work checks and eligibility verifications).
- Educate students on how to get the most from Blueprint’s platform and tools.
- Flag complex cases for escalation and collaborate cross-functionally with sales, tech, and academic teams.
- Update and maintain records in HubSpot, Intercom, and internal databases.
- Train and improve our AI chatbot by flagging gaps and fine-tuning content.
- Track and support student satisfaction, contributing to our service goals and team success metrics.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, support, or student-facing roles.
- Empathetic communicator with excellent writing skills and a knack for building trust quickly.
- Highly organized with strong multitasking ability and attention to detail.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems (Intercom, HubSpot, Zoom, Slack, etc.).
- Naturally curious and solutions-oriented, with a proactive mindset for anticipating student needs rather than just responding to questions.
- Self-starter who thrives on a remote team and enjoys both collaboration and independent problem-solving.
- Experience or familiarity with MCAT, LSAT, or the test prep space is a plus, but not required.
