SentiLink provides innovative identity and risk solutions, empowering institutions and individuals to transaction with confidence. We’re building the future of identity verification in the United States replacing a clunky, ineffective, and expensive status quo with solutions that are 10x faster, smarter, and more accurate.

We’ve seen tremendous traction and are growing extremely quickly. Our real-time APIs have helped verify hundreds of millions of identities, starting with financial services and rapidly expanding into new markets. SentiLink is backed by world-class investors including Craft Ventures, Andreessen Horowitz, NYCA, and Max Levchin.

We’ve earned recognition from TechCrunch, CNBC, Bloomberg, Forbes, Business Insider, PYMNTS, American Banker, LendIt, and have been named to the Forbes Fintech 50 list every year since 2023. Last but not least, we’ve even made history - we were the first company to go live with the eCBSV and testified before the United States House of Representatives on the future of identity.

SentiLink supports a variety of ways to work, ranging from fully remote to in-office. We operate as a digital-first company with strong collaboration across the U.S. and India. We maintain physical offices in Austin, San Francisco, New York City, Seattle, Los Angeles, and Chicago in the U.S., and in Gurugram (Delhi) and Bengaluru in India. If you’re located near one of these offices, we would love for you to spend time in the office regularly. Some roles are hybrid or in-office by design. For example, our engineering team in India works primarily from our Gurugram office.

Role:

SentiLink hires high-caliber generalists to work on the company’s most important problems across strategy, operations, product, and go-to-market.

Rather than hiring for a single predefined role, this position is part of a shared hiring pipeline for candidates who fit a common profile: highly analytical, high-agency builders and operators who can drive complex, cross-functional work.

During the recruiting process, we will work with you to identify the role where you can have the greatest impact based on your strengths and interests, as well as business needs.

Examples of roles you may be considered for include:

  • Strategy & Operations (S&O)

  • Solutions Analytics (SA)

  • Product & GTM roles (e.g., PGTML, GTM Engineering)

  • Product Management (select roles)

  • AI Process and Strategy

  • Growth or Revenue Leadership

You will join the team aligned with your role and report directly into that function, with clear ownership and accountability from day one.

This approach allows us to pair exceptional candidates with the highest-impact opportunities across the company.

Responsibilities:

Your specific responsibilities will depend on the role you are aligned to, but you will be expected to take ownership of complex, high-impact problems and drive them from definition through execution.

Example areas of ownership include:

  • Leading strategic and operational initiatives (Strategy & Operations)

  • Owning key metrics, analyses, and business insights (Solutions Analytics)

  • Driving product and go-to-market efforts for new initiatives (Product/PGTML/GTM Engineering)

  • Managing cross-functional product development and execution (Product Management)

  • Designing AI-driven workflows and operational processes (AI Process and Strategy)

  • Building and scaling growth and revenue strategies (Growth/GTM)

Requirements:
  • 3-5 years work experience at a VC-backed startup, management consulting, banking or private equity firm (bonus if the role had an analytical focus), MBA a plus

  • Strong analytical & communication skills, comfortable with ambiguity and context-switching, a quick learner, drives work independently

  • Strong organizational skills, experience leading complex projects with limited guidance

  • Enthusiastic about becoming an expert in topics related to the future of financial services, fraud & identity

  • High-level communication skills and exceptional interpersonal skills

  • Ability to present ideas in a clear, user-friendly way

  • Attention to detail

  • Technical skills: you should be a pro with Google docs, sheets & slides; proficiency with SQL and/or Python a plus

  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must live in the United States

Compensation:
  • $130,000/year - $230,000/year + equity + benefits

Note: This salary range is inclusive of several career levels and roles, and the actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, and qualifications.

Perks:
  • Employer paid group health insurance for you and your dependents

  • 401(k) plan with employer match (or equivalent for non US-based roles)

  • Flexible paid time off

  • Regular company-wide in-person events

  • Home office stipend, and more!

Corporate Values:
  • Follow Through

  • Deep Understanding

  • Whatever It Takes

  • Do Something Smart
