What Makes You a Great Fit

Our company is seeking a highly analytical, execution-oriented Strategy and Operations Manager to join our Operations team, reporting directly to the Vice President of Strategy and Operations. This individual will be a key thought partner to VP and to the executive team, responsible for driving cross-functional strategic initiatives, optimizing operational performance, and enabling scalable growth as an individual contributor.


How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Lead and drive strategic planning processes across the company, ensuring alignment between business goals and execution.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and work cross-functionally to develop and implement scalable processes.
  • Develop business cases, conduct market research, and lead analysis to support strategic investments and partnerships.
  • Act as a force multiplier for the VP of Strategy and Operations, translating high-level vision into tactical execution.
  • Own key metrics and dashboards to monitor performance and ensure data-driven decision making.
  • Spearhead special projects related to international expansion, M&A integration, organizational design, and process optimization.
  • Partner with other departments to ensure operational alignment and delivery.

  • The ideal candidate is either:
  • Exiting a top-tier consulting firm with 2+ years of experience, or
  • someone with prior consulting expertise, and currently in a strategic/operations role in a fast-growing tech environment.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, business acumen, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from ideation to execution.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-growth, global environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and align teams.
  • Experience working with executive leadership and board-level reporting is required.
  • There is a preference for candidates located in the Bay Area or Denver. However, we will consider exceptional candidates in other locations as well, with the expectation of periodic travel.

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The base pay depends upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified. 


Annualized Pay Range
$132,000$168,000 USD
