What Makes You a Great Fit
Our company is seeking a highly analytical, execution-oriented Strategy and Operations Manager to join our Operations team, reporting directly to the Vice President of Strategy and Operations. This individual will be a key thought partner to VP and to the executive team, responsible for driving cross-functional strategic initiatives, optimizing operational performance, and enabling scalable growth as an individual contributor.
How You'll Make an Impact:
- Lead and drive strategic planning processes across the company, ensuring alignment between business goals and execution.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and work cross-functionally to develop and implement scalable processes.
- Develop business cases, conduct market research, and lead analysis to support strategic investments and partnerships.
- Act as a force multiplier for the VP of Strategy and Operations, translating high-level vision into tactical execution.
- Own key metrics and dashboards to monitor performance and ensure data-driven decision making.
- Spearhead special projects related to international expansion, M&A integration, organizational design, and process optimization.
- Partner with other departments to ensure operational alignment and delivery.

- The ideal candidate is either:
- Exiting a top-tier consulting firm with 2+ years of experience, or
- someone with prior consulting expertise, and currently in a strategic/operations role in a fast-growing tech environment.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, business acumen, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from ideation to execution.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-growth, global environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and align teams.
- Experience working with executive leadership and board-level reporting is required.
- There is a preference for candidates located in the Bay Area or Denver. However, we will consider exceptional candidates in other locations as well, with the expectation of periodic travel.
