Responsibilities:
- Skilled at working with diverse stakeholders to quickly understand the key drivers of their business regardless of industry or product type
- Manage the development of sophisticated predictive, spatial and network optimization models to support the solutioning of business problems
- Expert at distilling complicated data science into actionable insights using plain language
- Ensure project success by effectively communicating with team leaders
- Lead efforts to drive scalable concepts and tools into the team’s core product kit
- Leverage insights, collaboration and delivery to ensure that we are the industry leader in product innovation
- Possess collaborative, inclusive, engaging, inquisitive, and creative demeanor
- Actively participate in industry forums, conferences, and membership in key civic organizations
Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Math, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 0-3 years experience in real estate, analytics or strategy consulting.
- Analytical skills and techniques, including deep statistical knowledge, big data knowledge, visualization, and data exploration. Experience with R/Python/SQL, Alteryx, and/or Azure/AWS preferred.
- Experience in the application of skills to develop a variety of different model types to generate action-oriented outputs foundational to long term client strategy.
- Ability to handle large amounts of data, identify key information, and provide insightful recommendations to all levels within the organization with minimal direction.
- Applicable understanding of commercial real estate practices preferred.
- Superior understanding of business concepts and the ability to creatively apply these to varying client needs.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $68,000.00 - $80,000.00
