Responsibilities:
As part of the Account Team for a global customer, the Strategic Program Manager develops and maintains trusted relationships with a broad base of customer stakeholders, identifying needs, challenges and administrative fulfilment process requirements so that customer satisfaction remains high.
Optimizes, manages and maintains customer lifecycle support from a program management perspective to ensure seamless integration of workflows for the customer, including Quote to Order management in Salesforce for forecasting and order fulfillment.
This role works closely with the Global Account Team, Order Processing, Renewal Management and various internal functions and is responsible for maintaining and insuring customer satisfaction for daily process needs in a continuous lifecycle.
Drives and coordinates projects with the design and engineering, construction, implementations and operations teams in support of changes or updates in the workflow processes.
Integrates customer insights to the Global Strategic Business Unit Practice Leads and the Global Account Team through regular updates with a focus on continuous improvement and ensures best practices are applied across the global portfolio.
Assimilates inputs from the internal functions, this role leads the MBRs with customer across their data center platform in zonal US geographies as well as aggregating MBR data and preparing for customer facing QBR rhythm
Owns the MBR/QBR rhythm of the business in close coordination with Practice leads and relevant customer stakeholders to ensure collaboration with the customer.
Regularly guides or advises customer stakeholders about workflow process including what is required and status.
Supports Global Account Team and works with Finance Underwriting to monitor and track performance of account, identifying trends and proactively addressing potential issues for consistently achieve the targeted goals, and KPIs for the account by tracking and analyzing data and trends.
Qualifications:
7+ years of proven success in large client interfacing program management.
Global client program management experience.
Workflow Process improvement experience.
Account management experience.
Strong knowledge of the technology industry and Gig Economy with experience in Cloud/Web-scale, or AI accounts, a plus.
Project management and technical account management background, a plus.
Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
Must be problem solver, able to work in a team environment with multiple stakeholders.
Must be able to develop relationships and interface with strategic customer and internal functions.
Self-motivated, excellent organizational skills, and performance driven.
Must have a strong outcome-based framework experience and ability to manage multiple aspects of the program simultaneously.
Must be able to effectively use CRM, Excel, PowerPoint, and BI applications to manage the sales/service process.
Must be willing to learn and adapt to the customer’s rapidly evolving Gig Economy industry.
Able to thrive in ambiguity, help create clarity and drive deep collaboration.
Education/Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Program Management or related field is required.
Program Management Professional (PgMP), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, a plus.
Work Environment:
Occasional travel to remote meetings with the customer primarily at their campuses, CyrusOne data centers and corporate offices when required.
