Your mission and What you'll do at UiPath

As the Strategic Program Manager for the Office of the President, International, you will:

  • Drive Strategic Vision: Lead the development and execution of long-term strategic plans that align with the company’s overall mission and objectives, ensuring alignment across all business units and key stakeholders.

  • Market and Competitive Analysis: Oversee and synthesize insights from market research, competitor analysis, and industry trends to inform strategic decision-making and identify growth opportunities.

  • Collaborative Leadership: Partner closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to support key initiatives, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on strategic priorities.

  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement best practices for strategic planning and operational processes, driving efficiency and enabling a data-driven decision-making culture.

  • Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs and monitor progress of strategic initiatives, providing actionable insights and reporting to executive leadership to ensure continuous improvement and accountability.

  • Planning & Strategy Pacing: leading and co-coordinating the annual planning process while monitoring progress, recommending adjustments to the strategic plan, and linking the strategic plan to the tactical plans with relevant processes, accountability & proper monitoring along the way.

  • Strategic Planning & Execution - Ability to develop and implement long-term strategic plans aligned with company mission

  • Market Intelligence - Experience analyzing market research, competitor data, and industry trends to identify opportunities

  • Executive Communication - Skill in effectively communicating complex strategies to senior leadership

  • Cross-functional Leadership - Proven ability to collaborate with diverse teams and align stakeholders across business units

  • Process Optimization - Expertise in designing and improving strategic planning processes for greater efficiency

  • Data Analysis & Interpretation - Capacity to transform complex data into actionable business insights

  • KPI Development & Monitoring - Experience establishing and tracking meaningful performance metrics

  • Change Management - Ability to facilitate organizational change and drive adoption of new initiatives

  • Executive Partnership - Experience serving as trusted advisor to senior leadership

  • Global Business Acumen - Understanding of international markets and cross-cultural business dynamics

  • Must have proven strategy consulting firm experience.

  • Excellent English communication skills / Any other European Languages are a plus.
