About the Role:

As an Enterprise Strategic Partnerships Lead at Extend, you’ll be focused on securing deals with our largest potential retail/brand partners across core verticals.  You will have a unique opportunity to play a significant role in driving meaningful, strategic revenue growth for a Series C company on an exciting growth trajectory.

This role involves orchestrating internal and external teams to establish long-term relationships with our partners, manage complex engagements, and deliver customized, strategic solutions that create incremental value.

We're seeking detail-oriented, curious self-starters who thrive in dynamic environments, possess exceptional analytical problem-solving skills, and excel at building strong relationships.

What You'll Do:

  • Win new business, leading complex, 3–12+ month enterprise engagements: shape strategic partnership discussions with C-level executives and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Own the full deal strategy and execution lifecycle: drive opportunities from initial hypothesis framing and opportunity assessment through differentiated solution creation, business case development, negotiation, and contract execution.
  • Serve as strategic quarterback: Translate strategy into action by designing bespoke commercial solutions and aligning internal cross-functional teams (Product, Solution Engineering, Legal, Pricing, and Growth Strategy) to deliver.
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships: deeply understand partner businesses and retail trends, identify whitespace, and co-create new opportunities to capture value
  • Create and deliver compelling materials: prepare executive presentations, financial models, and commercial proposals that communicate value with clarity and precision.
  • Shape Product and GTM strategy: Spearhead expansion by identifying new use cases, stakeholders, and product messaging that improves results in the market, while informing product roadmaps and features by gathering customer feedback and conveying market needs to internal Product teams.

What We’re Looking for:

  • Structured, analytical thinker with experience deconstructing complex business problems, developing hypotheses, and communicating insights clearly and persuasively.
  • 5+ years prior experience in strategy consulting, enterprise sales, or a similar strategic, client-facing role
  • High learning agility: comfortable diving into new industries, products, and business models quickly. Naturally curious to ask the right questions (internally and externally) to develop informed points of view.
  • Resourceful and execution-oriented: combines creative thinking with the grit and ownership required to consistently create positive momentum
  • Proven relationship builder with executive presence: confident engaging with C-level leaders and navigating multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Available to travel on-site to customers and events throughout the year.
  • Preferred: Exposure to retail, eCommerce, shipping/logistics, payments, or adjacent industries.
  • Location flexible

Expected Pay: $300,000 On Target Earnings (OTE), including base pay plus variable*

*The base salary and expected OTE for this position are listed above. OTE is payable based on the Company's variable sales compensation plan; employees who exceed annual sales targets may receive additional compensation. Incentive compensation will be provided as part of a total compensation package.

Life at Extend:

  • Working with a great team from diverse backgrounds in a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Competitive salary based on experience, with full medical and dental & vision benefits.
  • Stock in an early-stage startup growing quickly.
  • Generous, flexible paid time off policy.
  • 401(k) with Financial Guidance from Morgan Stanley.
