Position Overview:
The Strategic Partnership Relations Manager will identify, establish, maintain, and develop relationships that support our Strategic Partnerships Team. The successful candidate will assist with the relationships and communication of new and existing Strategic Partnership accounts. Additionally, our Strategic Partnership Relations Manager is ensuring consistent and compassionate communication throughout the treatment experience not just for our patients, but also for their employers, Unions, EAP's, Military Base/Command, VA's, and all referral sources.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Understand the military, VA, EAP, Union and other markets and how they fit into our organization and the business development ecosystem.
- Work with all members of the Strategic Partnership team to ensure that the accounts are being managed to avoid service recovery and to provide excellent customer service to continue to grow the relationship.
- Understand the importance of concise and accurate communication that is provided to the referent, military, EAP, Union, VA as to ensure that the patient can receive all the needed support and treatment available.
- Demonstrates a strong desire to help patients, families, and all referents in the transition to treatment.
- Establishes, maintains, and develops relationships with referents.
- Compiles information and trends to report on any Service Recovery or missed opportunities.
- Takes an active and collaborative role as a member of the Strategic Partnerships team.
- Acts as a liaison between facility staff and referents.
- Ability to conducts presentations to highlight company services offered.
- Submits timely Salesforce data, expense reports, weekly communication,
- Attends industry related trade shows as assigned.
- Attends and participates in all marketing meetings and calls.
- Adheres to department and company policies and procedures.
- Demonstrates knowledge and adherence to state and federal confidentiality regulations.
- Meets and exceeds established targeted goals.
- Continuously works with supervisor to enhance referent communication and experience.
- Works cohesively with operations and all team members.
- Participates and completes necessary training.
- Attends scheduled 1:1 and team meetings.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred and 3 years' experience in behavioral health or addiction treatment, or sales and marketing within the treatment/recovery industry.
- A passion and desire for helping those in recovery that will outweigh your inhibitions to effectively promote services. Life experience with or in recovery is preferred.
- Valid driver's license required, all required RCA training upon hire date.
- Demonstrates proven sales and closing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce preferred.
- Demonstrates exemplary customer service skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in the sale of products and/or services to multiple management layers of a hospital and/or health systems.
- Exceptional presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Displays tact in dealing with staff and management team.
- Willingness to be flexible in adjusting to new and changing situations.
Work Environment
Professional office environment with routine use of standard office equipment.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds.
Travel:
Travel is minimal with an occasional overnight stay a couple times a year that may be expected.
