ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced partnerships professional to take strategic ownership of our partner and alliances program. As Partner & Alliances Manager, you'll lead the full lifecycle of partner relationships - from identifying and structuring new alliances to deepening engagement with high-priority accounts and building the program infrastructure that scales our ecosystem. This is a high-visibility, cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of business development, strategy, and go-to-market execution.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Partner program strategy: Design and own the strategy for our tiered partner program - setting criteria for Tier 1, 2, and 3 classifications, defining engagement models for each tier, and leading the processes that move partners up the ladder.
- Strategic alliance management: Serve as the primary relationship owner for Tier 1 and Tier 2 partners - managing executive relationships, joint business planning, co-sell motions, and QBRs.
- Partner development & qualification: Evaluate, qualify, and onboard new partners; develop a consistent framework for assessing partner fit, potential, and readiness across all tiers.
- Alliance deal structuring: Identify and structure alliance opportunities - including technology integrations, channel partnerships, and go-to-market co-sell agreements - that directly support revenue growth.
- Cross-functional leadership: Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and legal to align partner activity with company priorities; serve as the internal advocate for the partner ecosystem.
- Partner marketing & enablement: Lead the development and execution of co-marketing programs, partner-facing campaigns, and enablement initiatives that drive awareness and pipeline through the partner channel.
- Reporting & analytics: Build and maintain a partner performance dashboard; use data to make tier decisions, prioritize resources, and present ecosystem health to senior leadership.
- Team development: Mentor junior members of the partnerships team; define workflows and best practices that improve the team's efficiency and partner experience at scale.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5-7 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, business development, or channel management
- Demonstrated track record of building and managing strategic partner relationships end-to-end
- Experience owning a tiered partner program or designing partner frameworks from the ground up
- Strong negotiation and deal structuring skills - comfortable leading partner contracts and co-sell agreements
- Excellent executive communication skills - confident presenting to senior internal and external stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with experience building partner performance reporting

- Background in SaaS, AI, data analytics, or enterprise technology
- Experience with technology alliance programs (AWS, Microsoft, Google Cloud, or similar)
- Familiarity with co-sell and marketplace listing programs
- Experience managing or mentoring a junior partnerships team

- Exposure to both direct and indirect (channel) go-to-market motions
