About Wonderschool

Wonderschool’s mission is to ensure every child has access to early education that helps them realize their full potential. We empower child care providers to launch and run high-quality programs out of their homes, while helping government agencies and nonprofit partners expand access to child care in their communities.

We’re growing quickly — and at the heart of that growth are deep, long-term relationships with public agencies, foundations, and nonprofit institutions. That’s where you come in.

About the Role

We’re seeking a Senior Strategic Accounts Manager to lead our work with high-impact public sector and nonprofit partners. You’ll own key relationships, ensure successful implementation of Wonderschool’s platform and services, and drive adoption and satisfaction over time.

This is a strategic, externally-facing role where you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to government and nonprofit stakeholders. You’ll guide partners through onboarding, support ongoing impact, and collaborate internally to ensure we’re delivering meaningful outcomes for families and providers.

What You’ll Do
  • Own and grow relationships with a portfolio of government and nonprofit strategic accounts, from onboarding through renewal and expansion
  • Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for your partners, developing a deep understanding of their goals and how Wonderschool supports them
  • Lead cross-functional execution, coordinating internal teams to deliver on partner success — from product delivery and reporting to training and change management
  • Drive partner satisfaction and retention, using data, feedback, and a consultative approach to ensure alignment and results
  • Collaborate with Sales teams to identify and drive expansion opportunities within existing accounts
  • Serve as the voice of the partner internally, helping inform product and service improvements
About You
  • 5–8+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or partner success, ideally with government or education-focused organizations
  • Exceptional relationship management and communication skills — you know how to build trust, navigate complex organizations, and drive outcomes
  • Experience working with or within public agencies
  • Strong project management capabilities — able to juggle multiple initiatives and keep stakeholders aligned
  • Data-first and revenue-driven, with a focus on leveraging data to drive adoption and growth
  • Bonus: experience working with or selling into local or state government agencies
