About the Role:
NewtonX’s Strategic Insights (SI) team to deliver high-impact research projects to help our clients uncover insights to answer their toughest and most critical business questions. We are looking for a SI Manager / Sr. Manager who is motivated and excited by the idea of making a difference in the knowledge market. This role is instrumental in building out NewtonX’s professional services capabilities - you will help shape the future of this offering.
The SI Manager / Sr. Manager will work with world-class companies and clients across industries to understand their needs and deliver high-impact research projects to help them uncover insights to answer their toughest business questions.
Who you are:
6-10 years of professional work experience
You are a market research expert, research professional at a leading market research company or management consultant from a top tier consultancy (i.e., background in market research and specific familiarity with quantitative surveys and insights - experience with methodologies such as conjoint, MaxDiff, or pricing analysis is mandatory)
Proficiency in survey design, data analysis, and statistical analysis techniques
Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that support marketing, product development, and strategic planning effort
Experience with data analysis software (e.g., SPSS, SAS, R, Python) and visualization tools
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong leadership and coaching skills for managing a team of Associates.
A strategic thinker with a passion for understanding market dynamics, customer behavior as well as client expectations and needs.
Ability to transform client needs into commercial offers together with the broader cross-functional team.
You enjoy working independently and efficiently with minimal direction and under pressure.
Have a bachelor's degree or greater in a relevant field of study.
