About the role:
Foodsmart is seeking a Sr. Analyst of Strategic Finance to join its Strategic Finance team. This fast-paced role provides an outstanding opportunity to influence data-driven business decisions. The Strategic Finance team has exposure to all facets of the business and plays a critical role in shaping the future and strategy of the company through forecasting and analysis of key business drivers. The position will report directly to the Head of Strategic Finance and will have extensive exposure to the executive team.
You will partner directly with our executives to forecast operating expenses, annual budgets and influence strategic decision making. As a member of the team, you will support key processes across planning, board reporting, budgeting, and ongoing operational improvements. We’d love to speak to you if you are extremely proactive, motivated, well-organized, and have the ability to multitask while working with different stakeholders within the organization.

You will:
- Support pricing team inbound requests and conduct ad hoc analysis.
- Assist with total member and revenue reporting and forecasting.
- Prepare Budget vs Actual reports, analyze vendor level spend, and monthly headcount reconciliation for the Sales and Marketing organization.
- Support month-end close cadence and packages.
- Demonstrate strategic, analytical, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Acquire and maintain an understanding of the strategies, priorities and issues within the US healthcare system.
- Thrive in an environment that is fast-paced, rapidly changing, and customer service-oriented.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
You have:
- 3+ years of business experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Accounting, or Consulting; fast-growing tech company experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skill set with ability to apply quantitative reasoning to business problems.
- Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines with an emphasis on attention to details.
- Proactive self-starter; able effectively prioritize and manage daily responsibilities independently.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and deadlines.
- Motivated/energized in working in a mission based environment.
Preferred:
- High Proficiency in Excel and GSuite
- Experience in B2C or Digital Health
- Experience with financial systems (ex. Netsuite)
- Experience with SQL, Python and/or Tableau
- Demonstrated experience implementing AI capabilities into Financial workflows
