We’re seeking a sharp, data-driven finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. If you’re passionate about SaaS business models, financial automation, and using data to drive strategic decisions, this role is for you!
Outcomes:- Become an active member of the Strategic Finance and FP&A team, supporting the VP of Finance & Founder in strategic business planning, unit economics analysis, forecasting, and variance analysis against benchmarks.
- Work closely with the FP&A Manager and VP of Finance to build and optimize financial and operational processes, focusing on automation and scalability.
- Leverage AI tools and automation to streamline financial modeling, reporting, and forecasting processes.
- Assist in preparing pitch decks, investor reports, and financial updates to stakeholders.
- Conduct ad hoc financial analyses using data reporting tools to support decision-making.
- Actively participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives that contribute to company growth.
- 3+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst/Associate in investment banking, M&A, equity research, consulting (corporate finance/due diligence), VC, or a VC-funded startup (SaaS experience preferred).
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, including financial modeling and scenario analysis; experience with SQL, Python, or AI-driven analytics is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts.
- Proven ability to work independently, challenge the status quo, and provide constructive solutions.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for understanding SaaS metrics and financial automation.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field; CFA, ACCA, or CPA qualifications are a plus.
