Job Summary & Responsibilities
The Strategic Accounts Director will report to the Sr. Director, Head of Strategic Accounts in the Sales- Retirement Services department. This role is responsible for The Strategic Accounts Director will act as a Top Senior Leader responsible for retaining and growing Inspira's Enterprise business. By working cross-functionally and being a subject matter expert, this position will accelerate the growth of the business. Additionally, this role will help drive the strategy of the sales efforts of both Retirement Services and Consumer Directed Benefits while modeling Inspira's core values.• Responsible for retaining and growing Inspira's Enterprise business • Lead the closing process for selected new Enterprise client relationships• Work to cross sell Inspira products and services to identified Enterprise Accounts• Provide leadership to business partners to support growth in the Retirement Services and the Consumer Directed businesses aligned to the Company's strategic objectives• Act as an expert and advisor to the team to accelerate growth across all clients and channels• Partner with Sales, Relationship Managers (RMs), Product Management, and other departments to grow existing relationships, win new business, and evaluate and develop new initiatives• Work with RMs to establish and achieve goals while expand existing relationships with new opportunities and solutions• Partner with Company leaders on strategy, market trends and opportunities• Collaborate with Marketing, Technology, Legal, HR, Finance, Operations and Client Service on various projects to help improve the client experience • Support RMs and Sales staff by attending regular meetings with key client relationships to provide strategic leadership and subject matter expertise in managing business relationships• Analyze past performance data and recommend changes or improvements for better client interaction and growth in profitability• Model the Company's Values and Behaviors to increase team engagement• Other tasks and duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
Years of Experience: • 10+ years of experience in Financial Services with a working knowledge of retirement accounts. • Previous direct experience as a Strategic Account Manager/Key Accounts Leader• Experience in Consumer Directed Benefits and account management a plus . Degree: • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Finance, or related field . Certification: N/A . Skills & Abilities: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to identify, generate, and drive development of new business• Strong follow-through and follow-up skills• Proven success in long, complex sales cycles • Ability to think strategically and create long-term plans
Compensation & Benefits
$133,000-$150,000 per year + 50% bonus
