Job Summary

Job Description

Lead a sales team by providing guidance, training and mentorship, setting sales quotas and goals. Create sales plans, analyzing data, assigning sales territories and building sales team.
Responsibilities:
• Motivating and advising sales representatives to improve their performance, as well as hiring and training.
• Achieve their objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing data on past performance, and projecting future performance.
• Collaborate with marketing to generate new lead sources.
• Expand the target customer base.
• Work with product and research teams to make sure customer needs are met.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 7+ years of experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

$150,000-180,000
