As a BRĒZ Strategic Account Manager - On-Premise, you will be reporting directly to Director of Accounts and will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, enhancing retail partnerships, and delivering impactful trade and consumer experiences. The Strategic Account Manager – On-Premise will lead Brez’s growth in high-impact hospitality, foodservice, and experiential channels. This includes hotels, national restaurant chains, fast-casual, cafés, coffee chains, venues, transportation, and other environments where consumers look for functional and better-for-you options.
This role spans BRĒZ full portfolio — both our functional non-alcoholic line and our infused line — positioning BRĒZ uniquely as a brand that can sit across multiple beverage occasions. The manager will be responsible for securing new placements, building relationships with operators, and activating programs that drive consumer trial and loyalty.
What you will do:
- Strategic Growth: Identify and secure partnerships with top on-premise accounts, from hotels and cafés to national restaurant chains and high-traffic venues.
- Dual Portfolio Management: Position both BRĒZ functional non-alc and infused lines, adapting to account type and consumer demand.
- Category Storytelling: Educate operators on how BRĒZ fits within wellness, functional, and infused categories to unlock multiple menu or program placements.
- Digital & Shopper Activation: Partner with BRĒZ digital and marketing teams to deliver campaigns that drive trial and traffic, reinforcing BRĒZ unique edge in shopper marketing.
- Distributor & Foodservice Networks: Navigate all distribution models — including broadline foodservice, DSD, and specialty distributors — to ensure flawless supply and execution.
- Program Execution: Work cross-functionally to design and roll out menu placements, activation programs, and seasonal campaigns tailored to on-premise partners.
- Market Development: Identify new on-premise opportunities where functional and infused beverages are underrepresented and BRĒZ can lead.

What you will need:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. - 5+ years of on-premise, strategic account, or national account sales in beverages (alcohol, non-alc, or wellness CPG).
- Strong relationships or proven ability to penetrate hospitality, foodservice, or experiential accounts.
- Familiarity with foodservice and on-premise distribution models (broadline, DSD, specialty).
- Comfort managing a dual portfolio across both functional non-alc and infused lines.
- Ability to collaborate with digital and marketing teams to deliver shopper and traffic-driving activations.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to operate independently in a fast-growth environment.
