Job Summary 
In an era of unprecedented digital infrastructure expansion, Iron Mountain is at the forefront of helping the world’s largest technology companies manage their hardware footprints sustainably and securely. We are looking for a Strategic Account Manager, Hyperscale & OEM to lead our Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM) growth across the APAC region, specifically targeting the Hyperscale and OEM sectors.
 

What You’ll Do

In this role you will:

  • Architect Regional Growth: Develop and execute pursuit strategies to win new ALM business and ITAD (IT Asset Disposition) programs across the APAC region.

  • Navigate Complex Sales: Manage end-to-end, high-value sales cycles from initial prospecting and solution design to complex contract negotiations.

  • Be a Trusted Advisor: Build deep, long-term relationships with key stakeholders at global cloud providers and technology manufacturers, aligning Iron Mountain’s solutions with their ESG and operational goals.

  • Design Tailored Solutions: Partner with our internal Product, Operations, and Finance teams to craft bespoke value-recovery and data-sanitisation models.

  • Drive Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory shifts, positioning Iron Mountain as the undisputed leader in secure and sustainable asset disposition.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience: 8+ years in B2B sales or Strategic Account Management, with a definitive focus on ALM or ITAD.

  • Industry DNA: You have a proven track record of selling directly to Hyperscale, Cloud, or large OEM clients. You know how these organisations operate and how they buy.

  • Consultative Expert: You don't just sell services; you articulate the financial, operational, and environmental ROI of a comprehensive asset lifecycle strategy.

  • Pipeline Mastery: You are disciplined with Salesforce, providing accurate forecasting and managing a complex, multi-stage pipeline.

  • Strategic Mindset: You understand the entire lifecycle of a server from deployment to decommissioning and the regulatory hurdles involved in the APAC market.
