We are ideally looking for experienced Strategic Account Executives in San Francisco or Chicago.
Responsibilities:
- Experience in successfully selling high 7-8figure deals to C-Suite executives.
- Navigate the Customer Journey by effectively utilizing CoMessage and CoBuyer strategies.
- Sell Cross-Functionally and navigate multiple stakeholders, including Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Operations.
- Implement Value-Based Selling and adhere to the sales process, demonstrating high activity and persistence.
- Build predictability in sales methodology and opportunity qualification.
- Engage in Team Selling to maximize collaboration and effectiveness.
- Follow a Value-Based Selling approach and maintain a high level of activity and persistence.
- Act with urgency and exhibit business-like behavior in managing schedules and commitments.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of Sales experience at a software company (preferably SaaS), agency or management consultancy (e.g. Deloitte, Accenture, KPMG).
- Significant experience working with Fortune 500 companies navigating organizations with multiple stakeholders in multiple departments.
- Strong technical aptitude, communication skills, a curious mindset, and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to build relationships and become a trusted advisor
- Experience in Sales or Marketing operations is preferred
- Experience with Sales and Marketing tech stack is preferred
- Comfortable working in a high-velocity and sometimes ambiguous environment (yes, we're a startup!).

A reasonable estimate of on-target earnings (OTE) is $300,000 to $350,000. Additionally, regular employees may be eligible for commissions or bonus programs (target included in OTE), equity, and benefits. The range is subject to change.
