THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Strategic Enterprise Account Executive to fuel our next phase of growth by securing our largest, most strategic Enterprise accounts across the US. This role is for a proven, elite-level SaaS hunter ready to make a significant impact in a rapidly scaling global organization. Please note: to be eligible for this position you must sit in the US and reside in an approved state listed below

YOUR IMPACT

  • Own a Named Account List: Execute a pure hunter role, aggressively outbounding and closing multi-million dollar deals with US and multinational Enterprise organizations (10k+ FTE).
  • Drive End-to-End Sales: Develop and execute a creative, multi-channel prospecting strategy to build a robust pipeline from scratch.
  • Communicate Value: Master the complex sale by running exceptional discovery calls and solution-based presentations to help C-level executives understand the direct financial and cultural ROI of Wellhub.
  • Hit Aggressive Targets: Consistently achieve and exceed ambitious quarterly and annual sales quotas, demonstrating your ability to scale with the company.
  • Process Excellence: Maintain a rigorous, data-driven approach by accurately forecasting and keeping all activity and opportunity information up to date in Salesforce.
  • Seamless Handoff: Ensure a smooth transition of new enterprise accounts to the Client Success Team post-close.
  • Live the mission: Inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. WHO YOU ARE

  • You are a seasoned SaaS Account Executive with 8+ years of high-velocity, high-stakes B2B experience. SaaS is non-negotiable.
  • You have a proven track record of consistently crushing a $2M+ annual sales quota in a pure hunter capacity.
  • You live for the Enterprise level, with direct experience closing massive, complex deals with companies in the 10,000+ FTE range.
  • You are a recognized top-tier performer who is never satisfied with the status quo.
    You thrive in complex, multi-threaded sales cycles, with a preference for experience in HR Benefits, HealthTech, or Corporate Well-being (a major plus).
  • You embody the startup grit and speed required to excel in a dynamic, rapidly scaling global tech company.
  • A selfless team player who elevates everyone around them and is a genuine culture-add.
  • You possess an unwavering winning mindset, incredible resilience, and the relentless grit required to hunt and close the biggest logos.

In New York, California, Colorado, Massachusetts, and Washington, the annual base salary range for this role is $120,000 - $150,000. The base salary range for other locations may vary. Actual base salary will be dependent on geographic location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications and/or other job-related factors. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible to participate in either our annual bonus plan or a sales incentive plan, and our performance-based stock option program.

  • Our US HQ is in New York City. We are currently set up to hire in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Missouri, North Carolina, New Jersey, New Hampshire, New York, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin.

We offer up to 12 weeks 100% paid parental leave to all new parents. For parents giving birth, we offer up to 18 weeks paid leave and a ramp-back period to return part-time while you get settled.
