Inflection Medicine is transforming NICU care by bringing rapid genome sequencing into routine clinical practice — enabling care teams to reach diagnoses faster and make more confident treatment decisions when every hour matters. We’re building the operating system for neonatal precision medicine, integrating genomic insights into existing clinical workflows so hospitals can act quickly and effectively for critically ill newborns.

You will deepen relationships, convert FFS engagements to platform agreements, and drive net revenue retention and expansion ARR across your book. This is a farming role — you are the trusted advisor and account owner, not a prospector.
