Lightspeed Systems is hiring a Strategic Account Director to lead enterprise growth across our largest and most complex K–12 school district customers in the United States. This national role focuses on expanding adoption across our safety, analytics, and device management platform within top-tier districts.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will manage strategic enterprise accounts, lead multi-product platform adoption, and structure large-scale agreements with district leadership and procurement teams.

ABOUT YOU
  • Lead enterprise growth strategy across assigned top-tier K–12 school districts.
  • Drive multi-product platform adoption across safety, analytics, filtering, classroom management, and device management solutions.
  • Navigate complex procurement processes and multi-stakeholder decision structures.
  • Structure and close large-scale, multi-year enterprise agreements.
  • Build executive-level relationships with district leadership and technology teams.
  • Represent Lightspeed at national conferences, executive forums, and strategic events.
  • Partner with internal leadership on account strategy, forecasting, and expansion opportunities.
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience, preferably within EdTech or SaaS.
  • Proven record of exceeding quota in complex enterprise sales environments.
  • Experience selling into large K–12 school districts or public sector organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to communicate with senior district leaders.
  • Experience selling multi-product platforms or enterprise software solutions.
  • Experience displacing established vendors in competitive markets.
  • Familiarity with district funding structures, consortium purchasing, and procurement processes.
