As we grow, we're looking for a Stock Administrator to oversee and optimize the management of our global equity plans. This is a unique opportunity to play a critical role in building scalable processes, supporting employees worldwide, and ensuring compliance as we prepare for potential IPO readiness. The Stock Administrator will report to the Director of Global Tax and will be part of the Finance team.
Job Requirements
What You Bring
- Education :
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or Law is preferred.
- Experience :
- 3-5 years of experience in equity administration or related roles is a plus.
- Familiarity with global equity platforms (e.g., Carta, IBI, Shareworks) is a plus.
- Skills :
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in a global environment.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
