THE ROLE:
FloSports is currently looking for a full-time Stats Specialist to join our Sports Management Software team to support our results initiatives with our Track and Field software primarily focused on our MileSplit results database. Our Sports Management Software team is dedicated to furthering our vision of becoming the essential destination for our sports through providing market leading software in our sports. The Stats Specialist is responsible for working with our Stats Team to improve data quality and timeliness of MileSplit’s track and field database and other results initiatives across other sports, as needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Gather, convert, post and process track & field results into MileSplit’s database
Verify and ensure accuracy of data in results/rankings
Gather and process results for additional sports, as needed
Resolve software support ticket escalations in a timely manner
Assist with Stats Team product documentation and efficiency reporting.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Strong communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships
High level knowledge of Track & Field and Cross Country
You love problem solving, creating efficiencies and improving processes
Self-starter with excellent planning, time management and organization skills.
Detail-oriented, reliable, and in possession of a strong work ethic.
Ability to quickly navigate and search the internet
Basic Excel skills
Capable of managing a heavy workload and adaptable to change
Available to work nights and weekends is required
Tech savvy and able to thrive in a fast paced, team environment

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Knowledge of regular expression preferred
