Job Description

The STARZ Global Product Operations team is seeking a Partner Operations Intern. The Global Product Operations team manages the delivery of content out to OTT and cable partners and maintains their storefronts. This intern will be working with the team to document partner specifications, improve deliverables according to updated specs, and audit storefronts

Responsibilities

  • Write and maintain documentation on partner specifications
  • Review and audit partner storefronts (Amazon, Hulu, YouTube, etc) for catalog maintenance and brand compliance
  • Maintain and update JIRA tickets for partner improvements
  • Test new partner features
  • Triage internal system errors with appropriate teams
  • QA video files for technical issues
  • Actively manage, track and communicate projects
  • Align key stakeholders on content availability, risks, and issues
  • Other administrative duties assigned and ad hoc projects

Skills

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Ability to manage and present data accurately
  • Background in a relevant technical field (content creation, production, general A/V, project management, programming, etc) preferred
  • Strong interest and knowledge in TV and film
  • Basic understanding of the television and streaming landscape

Compensation Data
The pay rate for this internship is $20/hr.

  • The STARZ Summer 2026 Internship program dates are: June 15, 2026 – August 21, 2026
  • All interns are required to attend orientation on Monday, June 15, 2026.
     

Details

  • Regular business hours are 9 AM – 6 PM Monday-Thursday and Friday 9 AM – 1 PM
  • Interns must not work more than 36 hours per week
  • Interns must be enrolled in a college or university and classified as rising juniors or seniors
  • Interns must be available to work for the entire length of the program
  • All internships are paid
