Job Description
The HR Intern will participate in a structured, 10-week rotational internship program designed to providehands-on exposure across multiple Human Resources functions. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn
how HR supports the employee experience, drives business outcomes, and enables organizational success.
Throughout the program, the intern will rotate through core HR functional areas including Learning & Development, Benefits, Employee Engagement, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Relations. In addition to day-to-day project work, the intern will complete an Internship Project focused on designing a scalable company-wide rotation program for future interns and early-career talent.
This role is ideal for a highly motivated, curious individual interested in pursuing a career in Human Resources, People Operations, or Organizational Development.

Key Responsibilities
Participate in weekly rotations across HR functional teams, including:
- Learning & Development
- Benefits & Wellbeing
- Employee Engagement & Culture
- HR Operations
- Talent Acquisition
- Employee Relations
Support functional projects, research, documentation, and program execution
Attend meetings, learning sessions, and cross-functional discussions
Internship Project
- Design a scalable company-wide rotation program template
- Conduct research and gather stakeholder input
- Develop program structure, learning objectives, and evaluation tools
- Present final recommendations to HR leadership

Qualifications
Required
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in: [Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field]
- Strong interest in Human Resources or People Operations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, and always maintain confidentiality
Preferred
- Coursework or experience related to HR, business, or organizational behavior
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with HR systems – Workday a plus

Compensation Data
The pay rate for this internship is $20/hr.

Important Dates
The STARZ Summer 2026 Internship program dates are: June 15, 2026 – August 21, 2026
All interns are required to attend orientation on Monday, June 15, 2026.
Details
- Regular business hours are 9 AM – 6 PM Monday-Thursday and Friday 9 AM – 1 PM
- Interns must not work more than 36 hours per week
- Interns must be enrolled in a college or university and classified as rising juniors or seniors
- Interns must be available to work for the entire length of the program
- All internships are paid
