🎯 What You'll Work On🟩 Primary Focus Areas (90%)

User Conference:

  • Own logistics, and on-site execution
  • Coordinate speakers, founders, and Apollo GTM staff
  • Partner with content, comms, and design for production
  • Create high-touch experiences: workshops, founder panels, product activations
  • Collaborate with GTM EA and Startup Program lead

Startup Event Series (Monthly SF Dinners & Popups):

  • Launch and scale in-person founder meetups in SF
  • Source venues, build guest lists, and manage RSVPs
  • Collaborate with Startup Program lead on themes and speakers
  • Drive post-event feedback and iterate based on founder needs
🟨 General Support for User Conference (10%)
  • Assist with operational support for the User Conference
  • Help coordinate internal alignment across comms, lifecycle, and GTM teams
✅ You’re a Great Fit If You…
  • Have 3–5+ years of event or field marketing experience, ideally for B2B SaaS or community-led brands
  • Thrive in startup or growth-stage environments — you get things done fast and figure it out scrappily
  • Deeply understand the founder ecosystem in SF
  • Know how to create events that don’t feel corporate — you bring taste, curation, and hospitality energy
  • Can manage budgets, timelines, and vendors independently
  • Bonus: You’ve worked on GTM content, founder communities, or startup accelerators
