We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technology Development Program Manager to drive technology strategy and solution development initiatives. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the full life-cycle of strategic technology programs, from ideation to execution, ensuring that solutions are innovative, aligned with business objectives, and delivered successfully. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic thinking, technical acumen, and program management expertise, with a proven track record in leading cross-functional teams, managing vendor relationships, and driving program governance.
As a part of this role, you will also manage the Vendor RFx process, engaging with vendors and internal organizations to refine requirements, solicit bids, and evaluate proposals. You will ensure that external partners are aligned with our technology objectives and contractual obligations. With program governance at the forefront, you will oversee that programs stay on track, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions as needed. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Establish and maintain governance frameworks for executive decision-making, prioritization, and risk management.
- Manage vendor RFx processes and oversee vendor performance to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Ensure transparent communication and regular program reviews to track progress, mitigate risks, and meet delivery goals.
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in program management or solution development roles
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven success delivering complex, cross-functional technology programs on time and within budget
- Skilled at managing multiple programs in dynamic, fast-paced environments
- Deep knowledge of cloud technologies and enterprise solutions
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement capabilities
- Expertise in project management methodologies, tools, and governance frameworks
- Experienced in leading vendor RFx processes, evaluations, and contract negotiations
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience working with public and private cloud environments
- General knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts, including machine learning and AI-driven automation
- Familiarity with APIs, including their design, integration, and role in enabling seamless connectivity between systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
