This position is primarily remote, with occasional visits to a local office or our corporate headquarters for team-building, training, and collaborative project work. These on-site sessions are designed to strengthen connections, share insights, and ensure a seamless experience for our team and customers. Equipment pick-up from a local branch will be required. We will  provide advance notice whenever on-site attendance is required, making these times purposeful and rewarding.

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Amazon Connect Developer with proven experience integrating Salesforce Service Cloud Voice to join our team. This role is ideal for a candidate who understands both AWS Contact Center solutions and Salesforce CRM workflows, and who can bridge these technologies to deliver seamless customer support experiences. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to build, maintain, and optimize voice-enabled solutions that power our service operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop Amazon Connect contact flows, Lex bot integrations, and routing logic for voice and chat interactions.

  • Lead and support the integration of Amazon Connect with Salesforce Service Cloud Voice, ensuring data synchronization, call control functionality, and screen pop features.

  • Build and maintain AWS Lambda functions, APIs (via API Gateway), and supporting infrastructure to enable dynamic, event-driven workflows.

  • Collaborate with Salesforce developers and administrators to implement CTI adapters, UI enhancements, and call transcription capabilities.

  • Ensure secure and reliable voice architecture with proper IAM roles, encryption, and access controls.

  • Monitor system health and usage metrics via CloudWatch, Connect metrics, and Salesforce reports.

  • Contribute to DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and environment management using CloudFormation, Terraform, or SAM.

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Connect, including advanced contact flow development and AWS service integration.

  • Strong experience integrating Amazon Connect with Salesforce Service Cloud Voice, including:

    • Setup and configuration of Contact Lens

    • Salesforce CTI integration and softphone customization

    • Live call transcription and real-time agent assistance

  • Proficiency with AWS services: Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, EventBridge, CloudWatch, IAM.

  • Development experience with JavaScript (Node.js) or Python.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud, Lightning Experience, and Open CTI framework.

Preferred Qualifications
  • AWS Certification (e.g., Developer Associate, Solutions Architect Associate).

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I, Service Cloud Consultant) are a plus.

  • Experience with Amazon Lex, Kinesis, or Connect Streams API.

  • Knowledge of voice analytics, customer journey mapping, or AI-based voice enhancements.

Soft Skills
  • Strong communication and documentation skills, especially in cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a customer-first approach

188,520.49 to 226,224.59
