Although circumscribed by specialized standards and diversified procedures, the incumbent now must identify, define and analyze alternative courses of action (e.g., analytical, evaluative and/or constructive thinking).
- Lead multiple projects, adept in drafting business cases, setting program strategy, overseeing project execution ensuring overall program deliverables are met per cost, schedule, and scope commitments, proactively handling escalations as necessary to ensure program goals are accomplished and are in line with business objectives.
- Monitors and coordinates dependencies across the projects in the program and resolves conflicts.
- Maintains regular interactions with the executive sponsor and stakeholders to inform, alert, negotiate and maintain a continuing good relationship and shared vision for the program outcome. This includes providing regular status reports in various formats and forums ensuring full transparency of program status and health
- Manages programs major time frames and the definition of its major deliverables to address and meet the desired goals and outcomes. This includes establishing appropriate governance functions for the program in accordance with enterprise policies and practices, and on behalf of the executive sponsor or senior responsible owner.
- Manages program budget and manages expenditure within agreed spending plans

Years of Experience in Related Field: 7-10YRS
Education: Undergraduate degree in a relevant field or proven record of experience in technology / project management roles with required years of experience
Technical/Specialized Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: PMI or Project management certification and/or Advance degree preferred.- Certification in at least ITIL v3 Foundation's certification is nice to have

- Has comprehensive knowledge and understanding on program and project management execution, as well as in project management knowledge areas including integration, scope, time, cost, quality, resource, communications, risk, procurement, and stakeholder management
- At least 7 years of experience implementing large-scaled projects/systems
- 5+ years related program/project management experience, preferably in a large, global organization
- 5+ years of supervisory experience leading globally diverse teams
- Strong leadership, problem solving and negotiation skills
- Transformational Project exposure
- Knowledge of agile/ scrum / waterfall methodologies as it relates to project management
- Demonstrate ability to influence organizational direction and departmental initiatives
