Role OverviewWe are seeking a Staff Product Manager to drive the end to end experience for AACI Group’s AI-native insurance agencies and loss prevention services. This role requires balancing stakeholder needs, business goals, and technical feasibility in a fast-moving environment. To accelerate your impact and iteration cycles, you should be able to rapidly build your own MVP prototypes and proof-of-concepts. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be central to how we translate our ambitious mission into usable, impactful technology.

We are building the ship as we are flying it, and need someone who can help us keep moving forward in the moment, while also constantly working toward the vision of how we should be operating in the near and long term.
Key ResponsibilitiesWork alongside your engineering and design counterparts to own the full product lifecycle of concurrent projects across all of AACI’s insurance and digital services platforms: from our customer-facing experiences,to our internal operations tooling, to our suite of automation and integrations.
Use AI-assisted tools (Claude, Replit, Lovable etc.) to rapidly prototype and validate concepts without needing engineering resources.
Maintain sufficient documentation such that all vested stakeholders are aware and aligned of what you are building, why, and when.
Define clear success metrics to ensure accountability across teams.
Blend of mix of quantitative data analysis and qualitative user feedback from customers and internal stakeholders to inform product decisions
Collaborate across the entire business to align product development with strategic objectives.
Ensure the product complies with all local and national regulations and data security best practices
You’ve shipped the right products, at the right time, in order for us to deliver a first of its kind experience
You’re able to measure the health and success of your products through quantifiable data
You’ve built strong relationships across the board with both leadership and your cross functional stakeholders
You have a clear vision for what you need to accomplish in your areas over the next 6-12 months.
At least 7+ years of product management experience in software or digital services, with at least 2 years operating in a startup environment.
Strong preference for those who have built both operational product and consumer facing product, and who have experience launching products that incorporate AI and ML technologies
Demonstrated success managing cross-functional teams and complex roadmaps, with a tangible track record - i.e. quantifiable results that directly impact the top or bottom line
An ability to both “build the right product” (critical & strategic thinking) and “build the product right” (technical & detailed, delivering meaningful & measurable results)
Ability to cultivate the right level of influence through written and verbal communication skills across all key stakeholders
Comfort with seeking out and leveraging the data you need to make informed decisions
Experience prototyping and building lightweight MVPs using various AI-tooling.
Based in either our San Francisco Bay Area (Walnut Creek, CA) or Boston, MA, offices
Expected to work in office 2-4 days per week
