The Staff Product Manager will oversee the NetBox Labs Cloud product, ensuring a reliable user experience, partnering with various teams, and driving product metrics to enhance customer success and revenue.

At NetBox Labs, our mission is to make it easier to build and manage complex networks. As a product company, we do that by developing innovative software for network professionals delivered on-premises and in the cloud.

We are seeking a Staff Product Manager to own our cloud, SaaS offering and its adjacent areas. Reporting to the VP of Product, you will partner closely with Engineering, Sales, Finance, and Customer Success to ensure that the Netbox Labs Cloud offering is one that network engineers trust, adopt, and expand within.

This role is ideal for a seasoned product manager who enjoys being hands-on, thrives in fast-moving startup environments, and is motivated by solving deeply technical problems that directly impact customer success, adoption, and revenue.

What You'll Do

  • Own the NetBox Labs Cloud product experience end-to-end — including multi-tenant delivery, instance provisioning, upgrade management, and the reliability and operational experience that enterprise buyers evaluate

  • Own the self-service console experience — the operational layer a user touches to manage their Cloud subscription, including account and org management, instance controls, billing visibility, and API key management with a focus on making those workflows fast and low-friction for technical buyers

  • Sharpen and drive the Analytics product, a customer-facing data product surfacing infrastructure insights to network engineers from early-stage direction to a scoped, defined product out to market

  • Engage directly with customers and prospective customers to validate use cases, gather requirements, and identify opportunities to improve adoption and value

  • Partner with the Applications PMs to align roadmap priorities with the underlying feature roadmap for NetBox, Discovery, Assurance, and other core products

  • Contribute to pricing & packaging strategy by identifying value drivers and partnering with Sales and Finance to optimize for adoption and revenue

  • Identify opportunities to accelerate adoption and revenue, applying an experimentalist and iterative approach to growing the Cloud business

  • Drive alignment on core product metrics across engineering, product, and GTM — define them, socialize them, and build the culture of using them

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in product management roles within B2B SaaS software with 3+ years in a high-growth startup environment

  • Product management experience with networking, infrastructure, or other deeply technical software products

  • Strong track record of owning products across the full lifecycle, from strategy and discovery through launch and iteration

  • Comfortable operating in two modes simultaneously: executing against a defined roadmap while doing early discovery and definition work on another

  • Experience with packaging and pricing for B2B software products, with a clear understanding of how product decisions impact revenue, adoption, and customer value

  • Ability to engage directly with customers and prospects — in discovery, pre-sales conversations, and post-sales feedback loops

  • Strong business instincts paired with the technical depth to engage credibly with engineering teams and technically sophisticated buyers

  • Excellent written communication with the ability to drive alignment across engineering, design, and GTM without positional authority

  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure where none exists

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience working with open source software projects and communities

  • Experience with self-service and product-led-growth SaaS products

  • Hands-on experience as a network engineer, DevOps engineer, or software engineer

Our culture and values:
  • We own and solve problems with high attention to detail.

  • Our open source contributors, users, customers & team are all part of our community. When our community wins, we win.

  • We prioritize simplicity and think twice before adding complexity

  • Clear communication helps keep our team aligned and collaborating smoothly.
