We are looking for a Staff Product Manager, AI  to define and drive the strategy for integrating AI into Webflow, enabling customers to seamlessly enhance their projects. You’ll work closely with our engineering and design teams to craft intuitive, powerful developer tools that bridge no-code and pro-code workflows. This role is an opportunity to define and shape the long-term strategy for this area, working across teams to explore, validate, and scale solutions that expands our customers’ capabilities on Webflow. 

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of launching AI-products, operating at both strategic and tactical levels, and driving alignment across cross-functional teams. This person should be equally comfortable defining long-term vision and getting into the details of execution. Strong business acumen, data-driven decision-making, and exceptional communication skills are essential, along with a passion for crafting best-in-class user experiences.

About the role:

  • The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
    • United States  (all figures cited below are in USD and pertain to workers in the United States)
      • Zone A: $175,000 - $247,000
      • Zone B: $164,000 - $232,000
      • Zone C: $154,000 - $231,000
    • Canada (figures cited below are in CAD and pertain to workers in ON & BC, Canada)
      • CAD 212,000 - CAD 299,000
  • This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level. Payouts are based on company performance against established financial and operational goals.

As a Staff Product Manager, AI you’ll … 

  • Define and build AI-powered capabilities for customers using Webflow.
  • Work closely with design and engineering to craft a high-quality, intuitive user experience that delights customers.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product direction and prioritization.
  • Partner with go-to-market teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) to define positioning, messaging, and adoption strategies.
  • Develop and track key product metrics, ensuring data-driven decisions that drive business impact.
  • Advocate for the customer, ensuring that product decisions create real value for users.
  • Communicate effectively across all levels of the company, including executives, to drive clarity and alignment.
  • Stay informed on AI trends, particularly in applied AI and generative AI for code.

About you:

You’ll thrive as a Staff Product Manager if you:

  • Have experience owning and driving product strategy on products with strong user experiences, particularly in AI-powered developer tools.
  • Have strong business acumen and can balance customer needs with business impact.
  • Are an exceptional communicator—you simplify complex ideas and align stakeholders across teams.
  • Operate effectively at both strategic and tactical levels, switching between big-picture vision and execution details.
  • Have excellent cross-functional leadership skills, rallying teams around a shared goal.
  • Are highly analytical, using data and user insights to drive product decisions.
  • Excel in ambiguous environments  where the path forward isn’t always clear.
  • Have strong executive presence, confidently leading discussions and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Stay curious and open to growth — actively building fluency in emerging technologies like AI to unlock creativity, accelerate progress, and amplify impact.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Previous experience as a software engineer
  • Have experience with Webflow and other web design, development or creative tools, or content workflows
