ABOUT YOU
We are looking for an experienced designer who can take ownership of UX architecture and strategy, someone who goes beyond execution and actively shapes how the product evolves.
The ideal candidate is comfortable on the technical side. They understand how software is built, can read a pull request, navigate Git, and communicate with engineers as a peer rather than a hand-off partner. We need a strong communicator and most importantly, we are looking for someone driven by innovation.
Why This Role Is Interesting
- Real scale — products processing millions of transactions alongside others being built from scratch
- System complexity — patterns you create propagate across an interconnected product ecosystem
- Global constraints — localisation, regional pricing, and cross-cultural UX are everyday considerations
- AI initiatives — you'll help shape how AI-driven features take form across the product
What We Look For
- 10+ years of product design experience, end-to-end ownership of complex digital products
- Strong UX strategy and systems thinking — ecosystem view, not just individual screens
- Technical literacy: Git, developer workflows, design-to-code handoff
- Strong cross-functional communication
- E-commerce, marketplace, fintech, or gaming background is a strong advantage
- Genuine curiosity about games and player purchasing behaviour
