  • You champion empathy for users through lean research methods and advocate for user needs with cross-functional partners
  • You're interested in design systems and understand how consistent components benefit the broader product
  • You care deeply about the details of design, interaction, and execution
  • You can utilize qualitative and quantitative data to track and improve customer-centric metric

How You Will Make An Impact

  • Your design work will directly influence how millions of families experience some of their most meaningful moments: from creating their first baby registry to receiving gifts from loved ones
  • You'll drive the end-to-end product design process with speed and focus on delivering products that users love
  • You'll identify friction points in the registry experience and design solutions that make the process more intuitive and delightful for both registrants and gift-givers
  • You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product and Engineering, incorporating diverse perspectives to build trust and achieve design excellence
  • You'll get your designs in front of users to gather feedback and iterate on the experience before launch
  • You'll uphold top-notch craftsmanship, ensuring the product maintains a high standard of functionality and user experience
  • You'll contribute to our design system, creating reusable patterns that maintain consistency while supporting innovation
