About the Team
We're seeking an experienced Machine Learning Engineer specializing in LLMs and autonomous agents and agentic AI to join our AI team. You'll be instrumental in developing and deploying intelligent agent systems that can understand context, make decisions, and execute complex tasks across our platform.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing agent architectures capable of reasoning, planning, and executing tasks.

• Developing prompt engineering frameworks and techniques for reliable agent behavior.

• Optimizing model infrastructure for low latency and high throughput.

• Implementing reliable context handling and memory management for agents.

• Building robust testing frameworks for agent behavior validation.

• Designing scalable architectures for agent orchestration using microservices.

• Implementing efficient vector storage and retrieval systems for semantic search.

What we’re looking for

• Have a Bachelor's or higher in Computer Science or a related field

• Have 3+ of experience in Machine Learning (ML) engineering

• Have expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and transformer architectures

• Experience with production ML systems

• Experience building agent systems

• Have contributions to open-source LLM/agent projects

• Core Technologies: Python, Java, LangChain, Transformers, PyTorch, Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, Vector DBs, MongoDB, Redis, Weights & Biases, and MLflo

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$174 700,00

Maximum:

$382 200,00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
