Migration & Integration (M&A)

  • Technical Execution: Lead the hands-on migration of identities and data (mailboxes, drives, sites) during Mergers and Acquisitions, utilizing tools like ShareGate or BitTitan.
  • Mail Flow Design: Design and validate complex mail routing and shared/resource mailbox mapping during tenant consolidations.
  • Vendor Validation: Review and validate the technical deliverables of external partners to ensure they meet IONQ’s engineering and compliance standards.

Operational Excellence

  • Tier 3 Support: Serve as the final escalation point for complex technical issues involving mail routing, identity synchronization, or platform performance.
  • Service Lifecycle: Manage the rollout of new M365 features, assessing their impact on the GCC High environment and security posture.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain technical runbooks, architectural diagrams, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

You’d be a good fit with
