About the Role:
Our client is looking for an AWS Connect developer who has a strong understanding of AWS Connect development and implementation.  

Qualifications

Required Skills:

  • AWS Connect - development and implementation
  • AWS services - Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, CloudFormation, IAM, and CloudWatch
  • Understanding of contact center operations
  • React, Python, JavaScript, and/or Java
  • RESTful APIs

Preferred Skills:

  • CI/CD pipelines
  • AWS certifications
