Whether you’re working remotely or from one of our office locations, you’ll be contributing to a vibrant, collaborative culture focused on driving meaningful impact across the world.  

What You’ll Do:

• Global Accounting Operations
• • Reconcile assigned domestic and international bank accounts.
  • Calculate and book assigned monthly expense accruals.
  • Calculate and book assigned Income Statement expense allocations.
  • Book and reconcile Intercompany entries, ensuring alignment with transfer pricing policies.
  • Review automated payroll entries for accuracy and adjust as needed.
  • Other close tasks as assigned by the Sr. Accountant or Global Controller.
• Financial Statement Integrity
• • Maintain key balance sheet schedules to ensure they are up-to-date and reconcile to the Trial Balance.
  • As directed by Sr. Accountant, investigate and record adjustments to ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP.
  • Perform GL Account analysis to ensure internal controls are adhered to.
• Annual Audit
• • Complete all requested PBCs in a timely and accurate manner as directed.
  • Update assigned schedules for the notes to the financial statements.
• Perform ad hoc analyses and projects as directed by the Sr. Accountant or Global Controller.

What You’ll Need:

• 2+ years of accounting experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting

Preferred:

• Active CPA license
• Experience using NetSuite
• Proficiency using Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
