People and Culture/Learning and Development
The People and Culture (P&C) team is responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment through retirement, collaborating closely with various departments such as New Site Development, Construction, Operations, Sales, Finance, Tech & Systems, and Legal to ensure a cohesive and supportive work environment. Our P&C team is distinguished by its proactive and strategic approach. Unlike in many organizations where P&C functions are limited to administrative oversight, our P&C professionals are empowered with the authority and responsibility to drive critical processes directly. This includes talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, and organizational planning. By leveraging in-house expertise, our P&C team can align long-term organizational sustainability with innovative P&C practices and cost-effective strategies. This alignment ensures that our workforce is engaged, motivated, and equipped to contribute to the company's success. Each member of our P&C team plays a pivotal role in making high-impact decisions, resulting in a more dynamic and productive work environment.
Our Talent & Performance team sits within the wider Learning and Development department and designs and delivers the global performance, talent mapping & succession, leadership programs, coaching, and 360 feedback practices that help Vantage identify, grow, and retain great people. This Partner role is the regional execution lead for North America, contributing NA insights to global standards and select global projects.
Position Overview
This role can be based in any of our US locations: Denver, CO; Phoenix, AZ; Santa Clara, CA; or Ashburn, VA in alignment with our flexible work policy. (3 days on site required, 2 days flexible).
The Sr. Talent & Performance Partner, NA increases regional capacity and impact by owning North America execution of performance management, talent mapping & succession, leadership/HiPo programs, executive coaching operations, and 360 feedback—while partnering with the Global Director to uphold common standards and contribute to global improvements. Success looks like smooth, on-time NA cycles, decision ready talent insights, high-quality enablement for leaders, strong partnership of NA talent and clear metrics that inform global calibration.
Essential Job Functions
Performance Management — NA execution
Own NA performance cycle plans/timelines, regional communications, and Workday operational steps (e.g., launches, mass-advance support, issue triage); drive completions and publish monthly NA metrics (goals, self-reviews, calibration throughput).
Deliver enablement for managers and employees (goal quality, feedback cadence); equip P&C partners with playbooks and quick-guides tailored to NA.
Talent Mapping & Succession — NA facilitation
Coordinate NA mapping rhythm and data hygiene (9-box placements, slate updates); facilitate NA talent reviews and prepare decision-ready packets for ELT/Global calibration.
Leadership/Hi-Po Programs & Assessments — NA delivery
Project-manage NA cohorts of Global and Regional High Potential Programs: scheduling, communications, vendor logistics; coordinate Psychometric/360 logistics, engaging participants and managers, and package insights for leaders.
360 Feedback — NA support and administration
Support in the promotion and management of 360 degree feedback programs. Manage 360s for NA (setup, communications, debrief scheduling), track usage vs. budget, and surface aggregate insights to leadership.
Enablement & New Talent Practices — NA pilots
Lead NA pilots (continuous feedback, mentoring, mobility) aligned to global guidance; build facilitator guides and capture adoption metrics to inform global scale-up.
Stakeholder Partnering & Coaching
Serve as a credible partner to NA leaders and P&C; deliver selective facilitation/coaching; escalate complex coaching cases to approved providers.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/ Business / Organizational Development and / or equivalent qualifications in Learning and Development
8+ years in Talent Management / Performance / L&D or HRBP roles with strong program and stakeholder management; experience running regional cycles in a global company.
Hands-on Workday talent/performance operations; comfort with 9-box, succession processes, 360 tools, and coaching vendor coordination.
Strong facilitation, coaching and enablement skills; ability to translate global standards into clear NA guidance.
Comfort working with senior and high potential leaders; ability to coach managers on performance/talent
Analytical competence to build metrics packs and dashboards (e.g., Excel/Power BI); crisp storytelling with data.
(Preferred) experience supporting leadership programs and psychometric tools (e.g. Hogan)
Operates with limited supervision; anticipates risks; influences cross-functionally
Extensive experience using Microsoft Office software tools, such as excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and word.
Travel required as expected to be up to 10% but may increase over time as business evolves

Additional Details
Salary Range: $120,000 - $170,000 Base + Bonus (this range is based on Colorado market data and may vary in other locations)

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including your qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
