The Talent Acquisition Partner will play a key and integral role in the organization’s innovation, transformation, and growth by delivering value-added external recruitment solutions. Acting as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert across all hiring levels, you will provide strategic guidance, market insight, and coaching to the business.

By establishing and managing strong partnerships with hiring managers and key stakeholders, you will own and drive end-to-end external hiring activities, including recruitment processes, sourcing and hiring strategies, interview design and planning, candidate experience, selection, and offer negotiation.
6+ Month Contract Position

Hybrid - 2-3 days per week at Allentown Fab Site

Responsibilities

As part of our team, you will:

  • Take full ownership of and proactively manage end-to-end hiring plans for assigned business lines, with a strong focus on external talent acquisition

  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with business leaders, hiring managers, and People Partners to deliver effective workforce and external hiring strategies

  • Partner closely with Business Groups to understand external talent needs, skill gaps, and long-term workforce planning, building robust external talent pipelines

  • Continuously identify and implement opportunities to improve the external candidate and hiring manager experience at Nokia

  • Drive proactive external sourcing strategies across geographies and talent segments to attract high-quality, diverse talent

  • Act as a trusted advisor to candidates, providing timely and meaningful feedback throughout the recruitment process

  • Coach and guide candidates through the hiring journey, clearly communicating role expectations, career opportunities, and Nokia’s value proposition

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on compensation, external recruiting markets, competitive intelligence, and industry hiring trends

  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by developing compelling sell strategies and engagement techniques that attract and convert top-tier external talent

Qualifications

You must have:

  • At least 6 years of full life-cycle external recruiting experience, supporting hiring across the US

  • Prior experience recruiting within a manufacturing environment/industry

  • High Volume Recruitment is a Plus

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively engage and influence external candidates and business stakeholders

  • Proven ability to build strong, positive relationships with hiring managers, stakeholders, and external candidates in a fast-paced, demanding environment

  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to change and work independently while managing multiple external hiring priorities

  • Flexibility and comfort working in ambiguity, while maintaining a positive, solution-oriented mindset

It would be nice if you also have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience

  • Coaching and mentoring experience, particularly in advising hiring managers and guiding candidates through the recruitment process

  • Strong proactive sourcing background, leveraging multiple channels (e.g., direct sourcing, referrals, social platforms, market mapping) to develop creative strategies that generate qualified candidate flow and build external talent pipelines

  • Outstanding project and program management skills, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and execute multiple searches and initiatives efficiently

  • Experience recruiting for IT and/or Telecommunications industries, with strong understanding of relevant external talent markets
